New Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Details Revealed

THE Nintendo presented some news from the Pokémon world, this Wednesday (3), through a live, and revealed more details of the upcoming titles “Pokémon Scarlet & Violet”.

As previously announced, the next games will take place in an open world, with the possibility of online cooperation between friends. The stream also announced that Paldea will be the name of the new Pokémon region and the location will span several different biomes. Another innovation will be the Terastallize mechanic, which gives any little monster a crystalline structure – specific Pokémon types can also be switched with the mechanic.

The biggest news is in the released details of the two legendary Pokémon: Miraidon and Koraidon. As some fans already suspected, both will be rideable, with possibilities for land and water mount, in addition to being able to fly and climb mountains.

Because they are rideable, Miraidon and Koraidon display tire-like features on their tails and throats. The locomotion by the legendary can help the player to speed up the exploration in the open world and brings another point of fun among friends in the games.

In addition, the story will feature three distinct narrative arcs, one of which will focus on the classic system of getting badges in gyms. Nintendo did not reveal the other two narratives.

Pokémon Presents also brought information about the upcoming Pokémon World Championships, which will take place for the first time in three years on August 18th. The games “Pokémon Go and “Pokémon Unite” will be added to the tournament.

“Pokémon Scarlet & Violet” will be released on Nintendo Switch on the 18th of November 2022.
